Thank God I'm Fly (T.G.I.F)

Last night I had the pleasure of watching "The Carter" movie, Lil Wayne's Documentary. It is directed by Adam Bhala Lough and distributed by QD3 Entertainment (Quincy Jones III). The documentary received excellent reviews at the Sundance Film Festival, but Lil Wayne did not approve of the way he was portrayed, in result filed a lawsuit which he later lost. The movie is now available on dvd despite his disapproval....my thoughts..."WOW...love the rawness of the film but the ending did not sit well with me at all" *madface* You have to see it to know what Im talking about...smh it was kinda creepy/scary the way it ended.

After watching the film....I am now convinced this man is really from another planet though!! LOL...He is off the chain in this movie!! He honestly doesn't give a phuck what people say nor think, he does him to the tenth power and beyond!!

Lupe has more in him and I personally can't wait!! His mixtapes and album is highly anticipated on this end. Toast to Tuesday!!! DC Hot spot tonight is... "The White House Goes Hollywood"!

Who's invited you ask?!? The State Dinner this year is in honor of the Prime Minister of India (who is a vegeterian). With those invited the "Slumdog Millionaire" stars will be in attendance as well as the rest of Hollywood big shots, such as Oprah, film master mind Steven Spielburg, Music Bo$$ David Geffen, and of course Robin Roberts from "Good Morning" on ABC with coverage. A total 320 of "Who's Who" is invited this year...too many for everyone to actually be inside so the "IT" party will be on the South Lawn.

So I'll be looking for my invite next year Mr. & Mrs. President Obama!!! *sidenote*...Heard you were in charge of the guestlist too Mrs. First Lady....*fistdap* lol WERK!!

Usually Mondays are just for muzik that moves me & you plus new muzik updates, but in-light of the AMA's last night ("Yes" I missed them due to a staff meeting *sad face*) but I did get to see some performances so I decided to feature my fav outfit from last night! I don't know about anyone else but Alicia's jacket had my attention asap! LUV'd IT!!! The entire performance made me have a "Fly Girl" (In Living Color) moment!! Can we say FLY Fashionista! OW!!!
